This is the building inspector's report (2 sections) of the 30 units that have crawl space that we got the day of our Tuesday meeting.  We had the work done by the inspector because we needed some expert evaluation of  what was going on under there and most of us don't want to crawl under there ourselves.  No decisions were made for obvious reasons, but we're evaluating what needs to be done, but it's clear that there is not any insulation to speak of in many crawl space areas.  In addition, there may be some correction needed of some fire walls between units with crawl spaces and possibly other stuff.  Brodie is getting estimates for this work,  since it's probably going to be costly and we're not sure exactly what we're going to do -- except we want to do what's right in the best interest of everyone.
