Below is a message from the Dreams Landing Grounds Committee:
1/30/2012


Dear Neighbors, we continue to have challenges caused by our large trees and other plant growth in our community. This over growth not only impacts our ability to grow simple things around your home but has a negative impact on our roads, parking lots, and expensive under ground septic systems.


The Board of Directors has decided to seek professional help in developing a five year "Tree Inventory and Management Plan" of our needs throughout the community. During the next few weeks you will see folks in our neighborhood walking around and taking pictures necessary to do a complete inventory of what we have and what our long term issues are.


We intend to have this complete five year plan developed and under consideration within the next two months.


It is our intent to use email to keep you posted. We have drafted our new BOD member Robert Van Buskirk “Van” to lead this project. You are welcome to send him email messages of things you think are important to be evaluated. Things written down are easier to keep track of. But we are expecting to do a through assessment.
